An owner of the Illinois restaurant was caught closely following a client down the road and punishing them, enraged that they did not leave a $ 20 meal advice.

The lit show exploded outside the Ramen store table in downtown Evanston on Saturday, April 19, when owner Kenny Chou turned the smooth block into a battlefield, attacking after dinner in a now viral video.
