McDonald’s Changes the first article of the permanent menu since 2021

Talk about a happy meal.

McDonald’s announced the addition of chicken strips to its menu, and fans are probably loving it.

The fast food chain is launching mccrispy strips, made with 100% white strips of white meat and coated with a new black pepper bread.

McDonald’s announced the addition of McCrispy strips to his menu.

“We’ve heard our fans on social and beyond, and they have made one thing clear: they want more chicken. But not just every chicken – they want perfection with juicy, pale,” read the press release.

This marks the first time that he debuted a permanent menu article in the US since 2021, when they added the fresh chicken sandwich.

“When presenting a new menu article like McCrispy Strips, we know that we have a great promise to meet our client’s expectations,” said Cesar PiƱa, a senior and official supply chain at McDonald’s in a statement.

McCrispy strips also come with a new cream diving cream, which is described as “a nice, sweet and soft sauce”.

McCrispy straps are expected to be available in all restaurants participating across the country until May 5, although some stores already have the offer.

“The demand for chicken ribbons has been extraordinary to see throughout the industry, so we knew we had to give something so coveted that it was worth waiting for,” said Alyssa Buetikofer, leading marketing and customer experience at McDonald’s.

“We took our time. We heard our fans and created a product we knew they would like. And the best part is that we are just starting.”

New chicken straps can be ordered in services of three or four, and while they come with creamy burning, customers can also choose for other sauces.

Pricements may change based on individual location and restaurant, but Burger Beast Food blogger posted $ 4.99 per three strips with two sauces and $ 5.99 for four ribbons with two sauces.

Those waiting for the return of the beloved snack wrap can take this as a good sign.

Back in December 2023, McDonald’s US President Joe Erlinger essentially confirmed during an update of the Q&A that the beloved menu article will make a comeback, saying that having a McCrispy tender will finally “have a Rosticer McCrispy.”

“If you think that in American business, we have three truly strong chicken brands between Mcchicken, Chicken Mcnuggets and obviously McCrispy. But McCrispy we are in the early days, really building that brand and so we are looking forward, will we finally have a fresh tender? Yes.

McDonald recently recovered her close return to a post on social media, writing on X, “Snack ends 0x.14.2025.”

The post appears to suggest that the roast winding will return before October, the first double month of the year.
